We’re very excited to announce that fellow BTR member and yoga teacher Noelle is offering an online Yoga for Trail Runners session. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a first-timer, or have never tried it before, this practice will be super useful for building strength, mobility, and focus on the trails. Hello my name is Noelle, I’m a yoga teacher and a passionate trail runner, and I’m super excited to offer these yoga sessions for members of Bristol Trail Runners.

I have experience working with trail runners, delivering tailored classes designed to support the body and mind in preparation for trail running events and adventures
