Hello my name is Noelle, I’m a yoga teacher and a passionate trail runner, and I’m super excited to offer these yoga sessions for members of Bristol Trail Runners.
I have experience working with trail runners, delivering tailored classes designed to support the body and mind in preparation for trail running events and adventures
