Trail 5k To 10k Course

Would you like to take your trail running skills to the next level? 

Do you want to further your health, fitness and trail running journey by being able to run 10km in the great outdoors?


Join our 5k to 10k trail running programme and up your game today. This course is designed for people who can already run 5k (any pace without walking). The next 5k to 10k course starts on the 24th of May 2022.

What Do You Get?

  • Weekly meet up run with the 5k to 10k crew and a professional BTR coach, steadily improving your fitness and distance capabilities.

  • We will meet at the Leigh Woods car park (BS8 3QE) on the 24th of May at 7pm, and then the same time every Tuesday for 8 weeks. Sessions will last 30-60 minutes.

  • Make friends with your coach and other participants to boost your confidence.

  • 8 week training plan to follow the weekly meet up. Expect to do two or three more sessions on your own each week.
