Join Vivobarefoot for a social Sunday celebrating all things trail running!
On Sunday 7th September, we’ll be hosted by Vivobarefoot for a social Sunday trail run, followed by refreshments and a chance to learn more about our feet!
The Vivobarefoot team will be on hand all morning to showcase functional barefoot drills to strengthen the feet and ankles & assess how you move and where you can improve using our Pressure plate foot scanning tool.
