We will meet at the water tower on Clifton Downs and head out on a 16k run taking in Trym Valley and Blaise Castle estate.

Approximate Elevation: 200m
Expected Terrain: Mixed, mostly rocky trails or well-maintained trails. Some mud
Entry Requirements: Open to all runners who can run for about an hour
