About the Event
Tempo running will make you faster. During this session, you will run on our 1 mile loop, pushing your pace on a lap, then recovering for a lap. Encouragement from your coach and peers will see you pushing yourself while your body adapts to work at a higher intensity for longer.
FACT: In his first official 100-miler, Sania Sorokin broke the 100-mile world record, covering the distance in 11:14:56.
Please arrive on time at the Clifton Downs Water Tower.
