About the Event

Continue to build your understanding and application of S&C for your trail running.

During this free workshop, club physio Emma will be highlighting the rationale and importance of including simple strength & conditioning work alongside your trail running. 

These sessions may include:

  • Some simple drills and exercises (physical participation is encouraged!)
  • Application of basic training principles 
  • Presentations of theory and studies
  • Case studies and examples of trail running performance in relation to S&C.

Improve your trail running performance and help keep injuries at bay!

The day before the event a Zoom link will be sent out to everone that has RSVP'd to this event.
