About the Event
'Power Hour' is designed to improve your core strength, power and general fitness. This class is delivered by qualified and experienced fitness instructor, Joe Wenman. Overall, this will be an evening of slamball action, burning abdominals and good fun all round!
FACT: Circuit training burns 3 times more calories than regular gym/resistance training.
Please arrive on time at the Clifton Downs Water Tower.
