Essential Information

All members can attend coached sessions for free until the end of April, our way of saying thank you for supporting the club during a tough year. This session is limited to 12 attendees including the coach. If the event is full, please join the waitlist and you will receive an email if someone cancels their registration.

About The Event

We will meet by the water tower on Clifton Downs. You can park on the roadside for free. This session is suitable for all abilities. Tempo runs are a great for building up your speed endurance, allowing you to run harder and faster for longer periods of time. Session led by BTR head coach Joe Wenman.
