About the Event
This session is limited to twenty attendees. Run & Improve members may register for this event for free, Just Run members must purchase a ticket prior to attending.
We will meet at the Leigh Woods car park at 18.00 sharp. This coached session will teach you useful skills and techniques you can use to run up and down hills, and how to train to improve on them. Led by BTR founding member and endurance coach Joe Wenman. This session can be tailored to all abilities.
Trail shoes, head torch with fresh batteries, appropriate clothing and a waterproof layer if necessary.
500ml of water.
We recommend that you bring your own hand sanatizer and mask.
