We will meet at the water tower on Clifton Downs and head out for a steady 5k.
Approximate Distance: 5km
Approximate Elevation: 40m
Expected Terrain: Paths and some muddy trails
Run Leader: Joe Wenman
Entry Requirements: You should be able to run 5k at a steady pace without walking.
Essential Kit:
- Trail running shoes
- Appropriate clothing for the weather
- Hand sanatizer and face mask
- A fully charged phone
