About the Event
Continue to build your understanding and application of S&C for your trail running.
During this workshop Emma will be highlighting the rationale and importance of including simple strength & conditioning work within your training, specific to the demands of trail running and periodisation.
The session will include:
Some simple drills and exercises (physical participation is encouraged!)
Application of basic training principles
Presentations of theory and studies
