About the Event

Event Information:

We will meet at the  car park on the junction of Lindsay Road and Sir John's Lane (BS7 9NP) at 07.00 AM. We will run around the Stoke Park trails, through woodlands, around the yellow Dower House, Purdown Battery, Duchess Lake and Purdown itself with it's famous tower.

Approximate Distance: 8.5km

Approximate Elevation: 230m

Expected Terrain: Dirt trails

Run Leader: Rob Umphray

Entry Requirements: All abilities welcome as long as they can run 8.5k without stopping to walk

Essential Kit:

  • Trail running shoes
  • Appropriate clothing for the weather
  • Waterproof jacket if necesarry
  • Minimum 500ml of water
