About the Event
'Power Hour' is designed to improve your core strength, power and general fitness. This class is delivered by qualified and experienced fitness instructor & running coach, Joe Wenman. Overall, this will be an evening of slamball action, burning abdominals and good fun all round!
FACT: Circuit training burns 3 times more calories than regular gym/resistance training.
