About the Event
Start the day right with a fitness class delivered by qualified and experienced coach, Joe Wenman. This interval training circuit is designed to improve your running ability by combining hard cardiovasular training, strength and conditioning, and good fun all round!
We recommend bringig a headtorch through the winter months.
Please arrive on time at the Clifton Downs Water Tower.
