About the Event
Start the day right with a fitness class delivered by qualified and experienced instructor, Joe Wenman. This interval training circuit is designed to improve your running ability by combining hard cardiovasular training, strength and conditioning, and good fun all round!
FACT: Working out in a class is a productive way to train - you will push yourself harder when training with peers.
Please arrive on time at the Clifton Downs Water Tower.
