Only you can make yourself better at running hills, but we can help. During this hill training session, you can expect lots of hill repetitions and exciting challenges to push you along during the class! Hill training doesn't only improve your hill running, it also makes your legs stronger, meaning you can run faster and for longer.
FACT: The Ultra Trail Du Mont Blonc has around 10,040 metres of elevation.
Please arrive on time at the Clifton Downs Water Tower.
