Halloween Special 15k

Event Information:

We hope you can make it to our halloween special social run! Come in costume if you wish. From the Downs, we will run over to the Observatory, down to the waterfront, around the waterfront, up to Ashton Court and back over to the downs. This will be a fun run with a 'no rush' pace. We will follow the run with a pub lunch on Whiteladies Road (venue TBC depending on numbers, please RSVP if you're coming). 

Approximate Distance: 15km

Approximate Elevation: 130m

Expected Terrain: Easy trails and roads

Run Leader: Joe Wenman

Entry Requirements: All abilities welcome as long as they can run 15k without stopping to walk

Essential Kit:

• Trainers
• Treats
• Halloween costume of some sort
• Appropriate clothing for the weather
• Waterproof jacket if necesarry
• Minimum 500ml of water
• Some form of sodium in food or drink
• Minimum 200kcal of food

• You must socially distance at all BTR events
