Event Information:

This run is appropriate for advanced/expereinced trail runners due to the changable weather conditions in the mountains, the length of the climbs and expected duration of the run. The loop covers various summits including Fan Fawr, Llia, Nedd and Frynych. This run can be between 4 and 6 hours depending on the weather conditions.
