Conham River 8km

Meeting at the Conham River Car Park (free parking and toilets), we follow the river South until we hit the Old Lock and Weir pub. On the return we have the option of including some woodland trail parallel to the river path.

This flat and simple route is ideal for Beginners Evening graduates or anyone looking for a slightly easier run.
