Coached Session - Interval Training

About the Event
Interval training improves your speed, cardiovascular fitness and strength. This session is coached by BTR head coach Joe Wenman and will push you to your limits. The session is designed to be suitable for all abilities and you will be able to run at your own pace. We will meet by the water tower in Clifton Downs and the class will take approximately one hour.
This event is free for Run & Improve members or £10 for Just Run members.
