Essential Information

All members can attend coached sessions for free until the end of April, our way of saying thank you for supporting the club during a tough year. This session is limited to 12 attendees including the coach. If the event is full, please join the waitlist and you will receive an email if someone cancels their registration.

About The Event

We will meet at the end of the Leigh Woods Car Park. This session is suitable for all abilities. If you want to get stronger and faster at ascending hills, have a go and training your hill running strength. Hill repeats are excellent for strength and conditioning, and there is no better way to get faster and more confident on hills. Session led by BTR head coach Joe Wenman.

Trail Running Shoes

Running clothes appropriate to the weather

Head torch and spare batteries (if it's dark)

Min 500ml water

A snack

Hand Sanitiser & Face Mask
