Event Information

This circuit training session is designed for runners to improve their strength and speed by combining specific exercises with sprint work. This session is coached by BTR head coach Joe Wenman and will push you to your limits. The session is designed to be suitable for all abilities and you will be able to run at your own pace. We will meet at the water tower on Clifton Downs.
