This run is limited to fifteen attendees. You must RSVP to attend. You should receive an email with your registration confirmation automatically. If your plans change, please email us using contact@bristoltrailrunners.co.uk to cancel your registration.
Event Information:
We will meet at the Ashton Court Car Park at 19.00 and head on a steady 5k run. The route has mixed terrain and is reasonably hilly. Please arrive warmed up, by taking a steady jog and strech on route to the start.
Distance - Approx. 5km
Elevation - Approx. 120m
Terrain - Mixed, mostly rocky trails or well maintained trails
Difficulty - Beginner
Leader - Joe Wenman
Any level of runner is welcome at this event. No rush running!
Essential Kit:
Trail shoes, head torch with fresh batteries, appropriate clothing and a waterproof layer if necessary.
Hand sanatizer and mask.
