One to one coaching with video analysis and feedback.


Learn how to tackle hills with proper form and good technique. Know when to run, power hike and when and how to use poles (if you want to include).

Your coach will demonstrate and give analysis via video feedback to help the learning process. You'll also go away with drills, exercises and example workouts to impliment in your own training.
