NEW LOCATION - Crooks Peak 8.5k OR 17k

Essential Information:

This run is limited to fifteen attendees. You must RSVP to attend. You should receive an email with your registration confirmation automatically. If your plans change, please email us using contact@bristoltrailrunners.co.uk to cancel your registration.

Event Information:

This run replaces the waterfall run which had to be cancelled due to lockdowns in Wales. The new run will start from Kingswood Car Park on Winscombe Hill at 09.00. We will run to the top of Crooks Peak and back in a short loop and it's 8.5km. I will be running the route twice for a longer run, so you are welcome to join me if you wish. 

Distance - Approx. 8.5km OR 17km

Elevation - Approx. 320m OR 640m

Terrain - Steep rocky hill at one point, other than that it is grassy trails

Difficulty - Intermediate

To take part in this event you shouldn't be a complete beginner, but as long as you can run 10km comfortably then you will be fine. 

Essential Kit:

Trail shoes, head torch with fresh batteries, appropriate clothing and a waterproof layer if necessary.

Enough food and water for the distance, if you need it.

We recommend that you bring your own hand sanatizer and mask.
