Dundry Hill 21k

Event Information:

We will meet at the Ashton Court car park at 10am and head on a long run up Dundry Hill. Please bring some money/your phone to pay for parking and arrive in plenty of time to pay. 

Approximate Distance: 25km

Approximate Elevation: 350m

Expected Terrain: Rocky and muddy trails

Run Leader: Joe Wenman

Entry Requirements: You should be able to run 21k at a steady pace. We will walk most of the steep hills.

Essential Kit:

• Trail running shoes
• Appropriate clothing for the weather
• Waterproof jacket if necesarry
• Minimum 1000ml of water (more if it's hot)
• Some form of sodium in food or drink
• Minimum 600kcal of food
• Spare, warm change of clothes in the car
• Spare food and drink in the car
• A fully charged phone

Recommended Extra Kit:

• First Aid Kit
• Foil Blanket
• Trekking poles
